Smoothies are the perfect way to take your breakfast on-the-go or just to have in addition to your breakfast for a quick boost of energy to conquer your day. This is just the recipe to how I make my morning smoothies. Enjoy!
First, freeze a tray of plain yogurt-filled ice cubes.
Then, make your fruit freezer bags (these are bags filled with 1 cup of your favorite fruits).
Add 2 of the frozen yogurt cubes in with each of the fruit freezer bags and blend in a single serving blender with the liquid of choice. I prefer milk or apple juice.
Easy. Simple. Perfect.
